Digital Product Refund Policy

The Event Growth Engine™ is operated by Flexy Style LLC, doing business as Event Growth Engine (“EGE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Because The Event Growth Engine™ Workbook is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally final once the Workbook has been accessed or downloaded.

REFUNDS MAY BE CONSIDERED WHEN:

Duplicate Purchase

You were charged more than once for the same purchase or accidentally completed a duplicate transaction.

Defective or Corrupt File

The file provided is materially defective or corrupt and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Unresolved Technical Access Problem

A technical problem prevents you from accessing the purchased product and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts.

Accidental Purchase Before Access

You contact us within seven days of purchase, explain that the purchase was accidental, and the Workbook has not been accessed or downloaded.

Required by Law

A refund, cancellation, withdrawal right, or other remedy is required under applicable law.

REFUNDS ARE GENERALLY NOT PROVIDED FOR:

• change of mind after the Workbook has been accessed or downloaded;

• failure to use or complete the Workbook;

• deciding that you no longer need the product;

• dissatisfaction because the Workbook did not produce a particular business result; or

• circumstances where the product has been accessed or downloaded and no legal or technical exception applies.

WRONG LICENSE PURCHASED

If you purchased a license that is too limited for your intended use, please contact us before distributing the Workbook beyond the rights you purchased.

Where applicable, the amount actually paid for your existing license may be credited toward an upgrade under the current license-upgrade rules.

An upgrade is not complete, and expanded usage rights do not apply, until the applicable upgrade has been approved and any remaining balance has been paid.

BUSINESS RESULTS

The Event Growth Engine™ Workbook is an educational and diagnostic resource.

It does not guarantee increased registrations, attendance, revenue, retention, financial performance, or any other particular business result.

A customer's business outcome is not, by itself, a basis for a refund.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.
