Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
The Event Growth Engine™ is operated by Flexy Style LLC, doing business as Event Growth Engine (“EGE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise handle personal information when you visit eventgrowthengine.com, purchase or inquire about The Event Growth Engine™ Workbook or related licenses, subscribe to marketing communications, contact us, or otherwise interact with our website, checkout, digital-product delivery, and related services.
The Event Growth Engine™ Version 1 commercial offering is currently available for purchase only in the United States.
This Privacy Policy addresses our handling of personal information. Purchases and use of The Event Growth Engine™ Workbook are also governed by our Terms of Use, the license selected at purchase, and our Digital Product Refund Policy.

Additional information may be collected or processed where reasonably necessary to complete a transaction or administer a license, as described below.
2. PURCHASE, CHECKOUT, AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION
The Event Growth Engine™ uses Payhip as its V1 ecommerce and digital-product delivery platform.
When you purchase The Event Growth Engine™ Workbook or another EGE product or license through Payhip, Payhip and the applicable payment processor process information necessary to complete and administer the transaction.
Information associated with the transaction may include:
-
purchaser name;
-
purchaser email address;

purchaser IP address;
-
order and transaction information;

purchase date and time;

the wording of the required legal checkout question presented in connection with the transaction;

payment status; and
-
information associated with digital-product access and applicable download limits.
Payhip preserves the checkout question and the purchaser's response in connection with the historical order. EGE may also export customer and checkout-response records for its own business and legal recordkeeping.
We may use purchase and transaction information to:
-
process and confirm your purchase;
-
provide access to the purchased digital product;
-
identify the product and license purchased;
-
maintain records of required checkout acknowledgments;
-
administer Individual, Team, or Organizational license rights;

respond to purchase, access, refund, or support questions;
-

-

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed through payment services made available in connection with Payhip.
The Event Growth Engine™ does not directly collect or store your full payment-card number.
Full payment credentials are handled by Stripe to complete the transaction. EGE may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, order information, transaction identifiers, customer information, or other information made available to the seller without receiving your full payment-card details.
Payhip and Stripe may process personal information under their own privacy notices and terms.
4. CHECKOUT ACCEPTANCE AND LICENSE ADMINISTRATION
The Event Growth Engine™ Workbook is sold subject to specific licensing and digital-product terms.
EGE therefore maintains information reasonably necessary to document the purchase and the terms associated with it.
This may include:
-
purchaser and order information;
-
purchaser IP address;
-
the product or license purchased;
-
the purchaser's affirmative response to required legal checkout questions;
-
the exact wording of the legal checkout question associated with the historical transaction;
-
the purchase date and time;
-
the applicable Terms of Use version;
-
the applicable Digital Product Refund Policy version; and
-
related transaction records.
EGE also maintains its own archived, dated, and versioned copies of its Terms of Use, Digital Product Refund Policy, checkout acceptance wording, and related legal records so that the terms applicable to a historical purchase can be identified.
We may use these records to:
-
administer licenses;
-
document contractual acceptance;
-
respond to questions, disputes, or refund requests;
-
maintain appropriate transaction and legal records; and
-
protect or enforce EGE's contractual and intellectual-property rights
5. ORGANIZATIONAL AND TEAM LICENSE INQUIRIES
Some Team or Organizational licensing arrangements may involve an inquiry rather than, or prior to, an automated purchase.
The anticipated Organizational License inquiry may request information including:
-
organization name;
-
contact name;
-
work email address;
-
approximate number of people who need access to the Workbook;
-
information about how the organization plans to use the Workbook; and
-
whether the proposed use will be limited to the organization.
We may use this information to:
-
review the licensing request;
-
communicate with the person making the inquiry;
-
understand the requested licensing scope;
-
determine the appropriate licensing path;
-
prepare or discuss pricing or licensing options;
-
issue a license confirmation where appropriate; and
-
administer the relationship if a license is purchased.
6. COMMUNICATIONS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If you contact us by email, through a website form, or through another support method, we may collect:
-
your name and contact information;
-
the contents of your message;
-
information concerning your purchase, product access, or license; and
-
other information reasonably necessary to respond to your request.
We may use this information to:
-
answer questions;
-
provide customer or technical support;
-
address digital-product access issues;
-
respond to refund or transaction questions;
-
administer licensing;
-
process eligible license upgrades; and
-
maintain an appropriate record of the communication.
7. MARKETING EMAILS
Marketing communications are separate from communications necessary to complete or administer a purchase.
Purchasing The Event Growth Engine™ Workbook does not by itself enroll you in EGE marketing emails.
Where EGE offers a newsletter, educational content, product announcements, event-growth insights, or other marketing communications, you may separately choose whether to subscribe.
If you subscribe, we may use your email address and related subscription information to send the communications you requested.
Marketing emails will include a method for unsubscribing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the message.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications reasonably necessary in connection with:
-
an existing purchase;
-
product delivery;
-
product-access issues;
-
a license;
-
a refund or transaction;
-
customer support; or
-
another existing business relationship.
8. WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Certain technical information may be processed automatically when you use a website, checkout, or other online service.
For the V1 launch, EGE is not deploying a separate website analytics or behavioral-tracking platform.
Wix, which provides the infrastructure used to operate the EGE website, and Payhip, which provides ecommerce and checkout functionality, may nevertheless process limited technical information necessary to:
-
deliver website pages;
-
maintain sessions;
-
provide security;
-
operate checkout and shopping-cart functions;
-
process purchases;
-
prevent or investigate fraud or misuse; or
-
otherwise provide the requested website or transaction functionality.
Payhip processes technical and transaction-related information associated with use of its services, including purchaser IP information.
Wix may process technical information as necessary to host, secure, and operate eventgrowthengine.com.
9. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Some cookies or similar technologies are necessary for website or ecommerce functions to operate.
Payhip uses technologies necessary for functions associated with operation of its platform, which may include secure areas, shopping-cart functions, checkout, and electronic billing.
These functional technologies are different from optional analytics, advertising, retargeting, or behavioral-tracking technologies.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies through your browser may affect your ability to use certain website or checkout functions.
Optional Payhip Analytics
EGE is not using a separate website analytics or behavioral-tracking platform for the initial V1 launch.
Payhip provides native reporting and may also provide optional analytics functionality within its platform.
Advertising Pixels, Retargeting, and Behavioral Tracking
EGE does not currently plan to use advertising pixels, retargeting technologies, or separate cross-site behavioral-tracking tools on the V1 website.
If EGE later introduces:
-
a dedicated analytics service;
-
advertising or conversion pixels;
-
retargeting;
-
cross-site behavioral advertising;
-
additional cookie technologies; or
-
similar measurement or advertising tools,
we may update this Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy controls before or when those practices are introduced.
10. ECOMMERCE AND SOCIAL/MEDIA REPORTING
EGE may use information available through Payhip's seller reporting and order-management tools to understand purchases, product performance, and business activity.
EGE may also use the native reporting or analytics provided to account owners by social or media platforms on which EGE publishes, promotes, or distributes content.
A social or media platform may provide EGE with aggregated or account-level information about activity occurring on that platform.
Use of native platform reporting does not by itself mean that the social or media platform has been installed as an analytics or behavioral-tracking tool on EGE's website.
When you interact directly with a third-party social or media platform, that platform may collect and process information under its own privacy policy and terms.
11. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information as reasonably necessary to:
-
operate EGE's website and business;
-
process, confirm, and fulfill purchases;
-
deliver digital products;
-
administer Individual, Team, and Organizational licenses;
-
record and preserve required checkout acknowledgments;
-
respond to licensing inquiries;
-
communicate about purchases, licenses, access, refunds, upgrades, and support;
-
maintain appropriate transaction, legal-acceptance, and license records;
-
send optional marketing communications when you have chosen to receive them;
-
understand sales and business activity using reporting available through the services EGE uses;
-
protect our products, intellectual property, contractual rights, website, customers, and business;
-
prevent, investigate, or address suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized distribution, or other unlawful activity where appropriate;
-
comply with applicable laws, regulations, tax requirements, legal process, or lawful governmental requests; and
-
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Marketing consent is separate from information and communications reasonably necessary to complete and administer a purchase.
12. PRODUCT DELIVERY AND DOWNLOAD CONTROLS
The Event Growth Engine™ Workbook is a downloadable digital product.
Payhip is used to provide digital access after a successful purchase.
Purchase and delivery information may be used to:
-
provide immediate access to the purchased digital product;
-
send or make available a download link;
-
administer download limits;
-
track the customer's available download credits;
-
reset download credits where appropriate;
-
respond to access problems; and
-
maintain appropriate records associated with product delivery and licensing.
EGE may impose a reasonable limit on the number of times a customer may download a purchased digital product. Download limits are intended to support product security and discourage unauthorized sharing while allowing legitimate purchasers reasonable access to their purchase.
Files delivered to you may be personalized with buyer-identifying information, such as your name, email address, or order number, to support licensing and anti-piracy enforcement.
13. SERVICE PROVIDERS
EGE uses third-party services where reasonably necessary to operate the business and provide its products.
For V1, this includes Payhip, which provides ecommerce, checkout, order administration, transaction records, and digital-product delivery services.
Other service-provider categories may include, depending on the final V1 implementation:
-
payment-processing services, provided by Stripe in connection with purchases made through Payhip;
-
website hosting or website-operation services, through Wix;
-
business email services;
-
marketing-email services, through MailerLite;
-
form or inquiry services, if implemented; and
-
other operational services necessary to provide website, purchase, support, or licensing functions.
These providers may process personal information as necessary to perform the services they provide.
Some providers may also process information for their own purposes under their own privacy notices and terms.
14. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
Service Providers
We may provide information to service providers that help us operate the website, process purchases, deliver products, administer licenses or communications, or provide other functions described in this Policy.
Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
-
comply with applicable law;
-
respond to valid legal process or governmental requests;
-
enforce applicable agreements;
-
investigate suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse; or
-
protect the rights, property, security, or safety of EGE, our customers, or others.
Business Changes
If all or part of The Event Growth Engine™ is transferred, sold, reorganized, or succeeds to another owner or operator, information associated with the business may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
At Your Direction or With Your Authorization
We may disclose information where you direct or authorize us to do so or request a service that reasonably requires the disclosure.
15. SALE, TARGETED ADVERTISING, AND CROSS-SITE TRACKING
EGE's V1 implementation is intended to be a lean U.S.-only launch.
EGE does not sell personal information for monetary or other consideration, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use personal information collected through the EGE website to serve targeted advertising, using the meanings those terms carry under California law.
EGE is also not deploying a separate behavioral-tracking or advertising-analytics platform as part of the initial V1 launch.
Ordinary disclosures to ecommerce, payment, website, email, or other service providers necessary to operate the business are addressed elsewhere in this Policy.
If EGE later introduces advertising pixels, retargeting, cross-site behavioral advertising, or other practices that materially change this section, we will update the Policy and implement any legally required privacy choices before or when those practices begin.
16. DO NOT TRACK AND OTHER BROWSER PRIVACY SIGNALS
EGE does not currently deploy a separate website behavioral-tracking or targeted-advertising system for V1.
Strictly necessary technologies may still operate regardless of browser privacy preferences where those technologies are needed to provide website, security, checkout, or transaction functions. Because EGE does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, EGE does not currently operate a sale-or-share opt-out mechanism for a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal to activate, and EGE does not otherwise respond to Do Not Track ("DNT") browser signals at this time.
17. DATA RETENTION
EGE retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business purposes, which may include:
-
fulfilling and documenting purchases;
-
preserving checkout-acceptance records;
-
maintaining license records;
-
maintaining historical Terms and Refund Policy version records;
-
administering customer relationships;
-
providing support;
-
addressing refunds, disputes, or product-access issues;
-
maintaining tax, accounting, and business records;
-
enforcing agreements and intellectual-property rights; and
-
complying with applicable legal obligations.
EGE has not adopted a public fixed-period retention schedule for every category of personal information.
Third-party providers, including Payhip and payment providers, may maintain information according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.
18. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable steps intended to protect personal information within our control.
EGE also relies on third-party service providers to provide technology used for ecommerce, payment processing, digital delivery, website operation, email, and other business functions.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Policy does not make representations regarding particular encryption standards, certifications, security-testing programs, or other technical safeguards that EGE has not independently established or verified.
19. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information involved, you may be able to ask us to:
-
confirm whether we maintain personal information about you;
-
provide access to certain personal information;
-
correct inaccurate personal information;
-
delete certain personal information; or
-
provide other privacy choices required by applicable law.
Some information may need to be retained to:
-
complete or document a transaction;
-
maintain licensing or contractual records;
-
comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements;
-
prevent fraud or misuse;
-
resolve disputes; or
-
exercise or defend legal rights.
We will respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.
For privacy questions or requests, contact:
Marketing-email unsubscribe choices are addressed separately in Section 7.

A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided personal information to EGE may contact:
21. U.S.-ONLY V1 OFFERING
The Event Growth Engine™ Version 1 commercial offering is currently intended for purchasers in the United States only.
EGE is not currently offering the Workbook for purchase outside the United States.
Payhip is configured to block purchases from countries outside the United States.
This Privacy Policy has therefore been drafted for EGE's current U.S.-focused commercial launch.
It is not intended to represent that EGE has implemented the privacy, ecommerce, digital-content, or consumer-law requirements associated with intentionally selling into other countries.
EGE may revise this Privacy Policy and its business practices before expanding commercial sales outside the United States.
22. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The EGE website, checkout process, emails, or content may link to or interact with third-party websites, social/media platforms, payment services, or other online services.
Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and information practices.
This Privacy Policy describes EGE's practices and does not replace the privacy notices of independent third parties.
If you leave the EGE website or interact directly with another platform, you should review that platform's privacy information where appropriate.
23. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
-
our website;
-
ecommerce or digital-delivery technology;
-
products or licensing;
-
communications practices;
-
cookies, analytics, or advertising technology;
-
business operations; or
-
legal requirements.
When we update the Policy, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page.
If applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent as required.
In particular, this Policy may be updated if EGE later introduces website analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting, or other data practices not used in the initial V1 launch.
